Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 tbsp grass-fed butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 ½ cups heavy cream

4 cups fresh spinach

1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika

½ tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Cooking the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano.
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sear the chicken in the hot pan, cooking for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove the chicken and set aside.
Making the Garlic Butter Sauce
In the same pan, melt butter and add the minced garlic, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant
