Ingredients: avocado oil, water, organic vinegar, organic apple cider vinegar, egg yolks, potato starch, sea salt, organic lemon juice concentrate (label: 'adds a negligible amount of sugar'), garlic, onion, nutritional yeast, citric acid, tamarind seed gum, salt, herbs, mushroom extract, black pepper, rosemary extract. No sweetener. REFORMULATION: this is the 2025 'No-Dairy' egg-yolk version; some older retailer listings (e.g. a Stop & Shop 'egg-free, vegan' version) show 130 cal and 2g carbs, so check the bottle. Dairy-free, so it tastes a little less tangy than buttermilk ranch.
